This Privacy Policy applies to Virtual Sehat mobile applications on iOS and Android. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LUMISOFT / E-Clinics International LLC, and “you” refers to patients and registered healthcare practitioners using the app.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for marketing.

1. How Virtual Sehat is built

Virtual Sehat includes dedicated patient and practitioner features such as consultations, discovery, education, and payments. It may embed technology from Lumi Wellness Portal for selected patient health-portal screens. Data shown or entered there is still processed under this policy as part of Virtual Sehat.

2. What information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, role/profile details, sign-in credentials.
• Health and care information: symptoms, history, appointments, messages, prescriptions, uploaded documents/images, assessments.
• Consultation media: camera/microphone for live sessions (no recording unless explicitly stated).
• Voice input data: speech processed to text when you use voice features.
• Location: for nearby practitioner discovery and map features when permitted.
• Contacts/Calendar (iOS): only when features require and you grant permission.
• Photos/files: uploads you choose to share or save.
• Payment status data: limited transaction confirmation details from payment providers.
• Technical diagnostics: device/app version, language, crashes, and error logs.
• Support data: information you send us in support requests.

3. Why we collect information

• To create and secure accounts and provide role-based experiences.
• To run consultations, appointments, notifications, and related workflows.
• To provide health records, education, messaging, and document access.
• To process optional in-app payments and service confirmations.
• To operate maps and location-enabled discovery when used.
• To maintain reliability, security, and legal compliance.

4. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Trusted processors may handle data strictly to operate the service on our instructions.

5. Health information

• Location for nearby discovery and map features.
• Notifications for appointment and care updates.
• Photos/storage for attachments and downloads.
• Bluetooth for consultation audio devices.
• Speech recognition for voice input features.
• Contacts and Calendar (iOS) only when specific features need them.

7. Data retention

We retain information while accounts are active, as needed to provide services, and to satisfy legal/regulatory/clinical requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate. No system is completely risk-free, but we continuously work to reduce risk.

9. Your choices and rights

• Review and update profile information where available.
• Request a copy of personal information held about you.
• Request correction, deletion, or account closure, subject to legal obligations.
• Withdraw consent where legally applicable.

10. Children

Virtual Sehat is not intended for children under 13 (or local minimum age) without appropriate supervision.

11. International users

Cross-border processing may occur where infrastructure or subprocessors are located. Applicable safeguards are applied in line with legal requirements.

12. Policy updates

We may revise this policy periodically. The effective date will be updated, and major changes may be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
